Konia Service Agreement
To: Konia Australia Pty Ltd ABN 53 082 145 711 (Konia) or to it's authorised service agent as shown below
I/we, the lessee/hirer/purchaser of the Goods agree and acknowledge as follows:

1. USE, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
1.1. I/we will at all times maintain the Goods in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and recommendations; and will
only use the Goods for the purpose for which they were designed and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions; and
1.2. Will only engage authorised Konia personnel to undertake any repairs or other service/s to the Goods, will be responsible for
paying any service charges, and agree that the minimum level of service to be applied to the goods will be that shown in theService Schedule at the recommended service frequency and at the Estimated Service Cost for the relevant model of the Goods.

2. 2. SERVICE, LABOR AND PARTS
2.1 I/we acknowledge that the Estimated Service Cost and other service charges may vary from time to time due to requirements
to fit additional parts, change in manufacturer's service specifications, increased service frequency due to high volume waterconsumption or poor input water quality, excess costs involving travel time due to distance, location, access and/or the like;and
2.2 That, from the time of installation, Konia will keep maintenance records/logs for the Goods in my/our care and I/we hereby
authorise Konia to provide this information to Konia Rentals Pty Ltd and to persons authorised by Konia for the purpose ofmaintaining and servicing the Goods; and
2.3 I/we undertake to provide Konia, it's authorised service agent or agents or it's duly authorised person or persons with free and
unrestricted access to the Goods at all times during normal business hours.

3. SERVICE SCHEDULE & COST ESTIMATE FOR EACH UNIT
OF KONIA GOODS


1. Charges for replacement filters may vary from time to time due to fluctuations in manufacturer's costs.2. Technician Charge is a standard charge which may vary due to travel time and other variables.
3. Estimated Service Cost may be liable to variation for adjustments in costs of 1 and 2 above. Under high volume use filters may require replacement outside of thescheduled service frequency shown and additional filter/service charges may apply.
